Who we are
America First Prospects LLC (“AFP”, “we”) is based in Washington, DC. This policy covers information collected through americafirstprospects.com.
What we collect
- What you enter in our enquiry or call-request form: your name, email, organization, any phone or Signal number you choose to give, your preferred times and time zone for a call and your message.
- Basic visit information sent with the form: the page you were on and the page that referred you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls you request.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services we use
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, email by Google Workspace, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Site analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Each provider processes information on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of our business, then delete them.
